Answers to frequent questions and support

🏋️ For clients
Open the MyPulso app and use search by discipline, location or trainer name. Filter by rating, price, specialization and format (online/offline). Each trainer has a detailed profile with reviews, certificates and portfolio.
Pick a trainer, open their schedule and tap a free slot. Confirm the booking and pay — takes under a minute. You'll get an email and a push notification.
Open "My bookings", pick the session and tap "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Free cancellation is available at least 12 hours ahead. Late cancellations may carry a partial charge — see the trainer's profile for exact terms.
Online sessions run over the built-in video call inside the MyPulso app. You'll get a reminder 15 minutes before. Just open the app at the scheduled time — the call starts automatically. No third-party apps needed.
After the session ends you'll get a notification asking you to rate it. Give 1–5 stars and optionally a text review. Reviews help other clients and motivate trainers.
💪 For trainers
Download the MyPulso Coach app or sign up on the website. Fill out your profile: specializations, certificates, experience, photos. After moderation (up to 24 hours) your profile becomes visible to clients.
Go to "Schedule" and create booking slots. Set days, times, duration and format (online/offline). You can create recurring slots and quickly block dates when you're unavailable.
Go to "My products" → "Create course". Add title, description, class plan, upload videos and set a price. Courses and marathons are a great way to scale income without tying it to your calendar.
Payouts are sent automatically to your bank card or business account. The default cadence is weekly on Mondays for the previous week. Minimum payout is 500 ₽. Check "Finances" for history.
MyPulso commission ranges from 8% to 15% depending on the plan. It covers payment processing, customer support, platform promotion and infrastructure.
🏢 For clubs
Submit a connection request via the form on the site or email support@mypulso.ru. Our manager will reach out, help you set up the club profile and onboard your trainers. Connection is free.
In the club dashboard you see all connected trainers, their schedule and stats. You can invite new trainers, manage their access and track financial KPIs in real time.
In the "Memberships" section create pricing plans with session counts, validity and included services. Clients buy memberships directly in the app.
💳 Payments & refunds
We accept Visa, Mastercard, MIR, and SBP (Russian Fast Payments). Apple Pay and Google Pay are available in the mobile apps. All payments are processed via a secure PCI-compliant gateway.
Cancel a session 12+ hours ahead — full refund automatically. Late cancellation — refund minus trainer's fee. Courses can be refunded within 3 days of purchase if you completed under 20% of the content. Refunds take up to 5 business days.
Absolutely. We don't store card data — it's handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. All transactions are SSL-encrypted. We use 3D-Secure for extra verification.
🔐 Account & security
Go to "Settings" → "Security" → "Change password". Enter the current and a new password. If you forgot it, tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen — we'll email a reset link.
Go to "Settings" → "Account" → "Delete account". Confirm with your password. All data is erased within 30 days. Note: active subscriptions are cancelled and upcoming sessions refunded.
On sign-up we send a confirmation link. If you don't see it, check spam. You can resend from "Settings" → "Account" → "Verify email".
📱 Mobile app
MyPulso is available on App Store and Google Play. Trainers have a separate app — MyPulso Coach.
Try: 1) Check your internet. 2) Update the app to the latest version. 3) Restart your device. 4) Reinstall the app. If the issue persists, email support@mypulso.ru with your device model and OS version.
Open "Settings" → "Notifications" in the app and toggle the categories you need: session reminders, coach messages, promos. Also make sure notifications are allowed for MyPulso in your phone system settings.
