1. Subject
These Terms govern the use of the MyPulso platform for finding trainers, booking sessions and buying courses.
2. Registration
To use the service you need to create an account with accurate information. One user — one account.
3. Description of services
MyPulso provides a platform connecting clients with trainers. MyPulso is not a party to the contract between a client and a trainer; it acts as a payment processing agent.
4. Payments
All payments are collected to the bank account of IE Dmitry A. Demchenko through a certified payment provider. Funds are transferred to trainers less the platform commission.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation 24+ hours ahead — full refund
- Cancellation under 24 hours — 50% refund
- No-show — no refund
6. Liability
MyPulso is not liable for the quality of trainer services. Trainers are independent professionals. All trainers undergo verification.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (texts, design, logo) is the property of IE Dmitry A. Demchenko.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms with 14 days' notice to users.
