This Privacy Policy describes how MyPulso (Individual Entrepreneur Dmitry A. Demchenko, INN 772403264050, OGRNIP 314774611801152; hereinafter — the Operator) processes and protects personal data of the platform's users.
The Policy complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 'On Personal Data'.

- First name, last name, email, phone
- City of residence
- Training and progress data (weight, body measurements)
- Profile photo
- Payment details (processed by the payment provider)
- Device and browser data (for analytics)

- Delivering platform services
- Matching trainers
- Processing payments
- Service improvement
- Sending notifications (with consent)
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of 152-FZ) and on contract performance (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 5 of 152-FZ).
5. Data protection
We use encryption (TLS 1.3), password hashing (bcrypt) and access controls. Servers are located in the Russian Federation (Timeweb Cloud).

7. Retention
Data is stored for the lifetime of the account. Upon deletion, data is erased within 30 days.
