FAQ
Can I use MyPulso for free?
Yes. Sign-up, the free plan, booking a trainer and chat work right now. Paid plans are not available yet.
When will paid plans launch?
We are not giving a date. For now there are no payments inside MyPulso: the client settles with the trainer directly. When payments through the platform start working, we will announce it on the site and in the app.
How will subscriptions work?
The terms will appear when payments launch and will be published in the offer. Right now no subscriptions can be purchased and no money is charged.
What's the trainer platform fee?
Once in-platform payments launch, a fee will be taken from each client-paid session: Free — 15%, Pro — 10%, Pro Max — 7%, Business — 4%. There are no payments inside MyPulso yet, so no fee is charged. The subscription fee for the tier is separate.
What if a client cancels their session?
Cancellation happens in the app — the trainer gets a notification. Sessions are currently paid directly to the trainer, so the trainer sets the refund terms for cancellations.
Can I change my plan?
We will publish the plan-change terms when payments launch. Paid plans are not available yet.
What does «in development» mean in features?
A few features (video courses as products, marathons, subdomain, white-label, API) are in final development and will roll out within the coming months. Subscribe now — and you'll get them automatically with no surcharge once shipped.
