Delete your account and data

From inside the app

  1. Open MyPulso (Client or Coach).
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion with the SMS code.

The account is deactivated immediately; personal data is removed within 30 days.

If you can't access the app

Email privacy@mypulso.ru with the subject "Account deletion". Include the phone number or email used to register. We verify identity and delete the data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • First/last name, avatar, date of birth, gender.
  • Contact details: phone, email, city.
  • Booking and workout history, reports, progress photos and videos.
  • Chat messages with trainers.
  • Payment history (only aggregates kept for 5 years per Russian tax law).
  • Subscriptions and related transactions.

What is retained

  • Anonymised financial records for accounting (5 years per Russian law).
  • Security logs (90 days), without personal identifiers.

Timeline

Deletion starts immediately after confirmation; full removal from all systems within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
