FAQ
What is the 7-day trial?
Any paid plan (Lite, VIP for clients; Pro, Pro Max, Business for trainers) is free for the first 7 days. You're charged only if you don't cancel before the trial ends. One-click cancel in settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One-click cancel: Profile → Subscription → «Cancel auto-renewal». Access stays until the end of the current paid period (the money is already spent, so a subscription isn't refunded).
When am I charged?
After the 7-day trial ends, or right at signup if no trial applies. Then auto-renews monthly / yearly on the same date. We notify you 3 days before each renewal via push and email — plenty of time to cancel.
What's the trainer platform fee?
Fee is taken from each client-paid session — it covers platform operations (payments, chat, calendar, marketing, support). Free — 15%, Pro — 10%, Pro Max — 7%, Business — 4%. The subscription fee for the tier is separate.
What if a client cancels their session?
If the trainer hasn't confirmed yet, or the cancellation arrives early enough, the money goes back to the client's internal MyPulso balance to spend on any future session. If the trainer already confirmed and the cancellation window has passed — the payment goes to the trainer per their policy.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrade — anytime, access opens immediately, the difference is auto-prorated. Downgrade — at the next renewal so your paid period doesn't burn.
What does «in development» mean in features?
A few features (video courses as products, marathons, subdomain, white-label, API) are in final development and will roll out within the coming months. Subscribe now — and you'll get them automatically with no surcharge once shipped.
Russian-rouble prices include taxes. RU payments are processed by YooKassa (NCO YooMoney, Bank of Russia license № 3510-K). Other countries — payments via App Store / Google Play. Seller applies USN «Income» tax regime. Seller details — in the public offer.
